Shipping

Your order should ship within 2 business days and typically be delivered within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive a tracking notification email within 2 business days or have questions, please contact us.

We currently ship orders and replacement items only to the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally, including Canada, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other territories. For products purchased in these locations, please contact the seller's customer service for returns or replacements. We also do not ship to PO boxes.

Our products ship by FedEx and rates are calculated at check out. Please carefully review the shipping cost before ordering your item.

Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement after it has been sent to you. During high shipping seasons, it may take up to 3 business days for your tracking number to be updated by the carrier. 

Assembly & Set up

For additional help assembling a product or for any other customer support issue, please contact us.

Please double check the packing materials for a red bag with hardware and read the instructions to see if your product came with some screws pre-installed. If the hardware still can't be found, then contact us for assistance.

Find your product in our store and click on the instructions. If the guide you are looking for is not found, please contact us to receive a printable copy of the instructions by email.

Check that the battery is new and replace it if it's used. For open face clocks, make sure that the hour and minute hands are not crossing or touching each other. If they are, adjust the hands by slightly bending them. Check if the center pin that holds the hands together is firmly pushed in or screwed on, depending on the style. If the hands are still not moving, please reference the hands replacement instructions included with all of our open face clocks.
